This course is intended for individuals who plan to take the MB-200 exam. The audience is primarily responsible for configuring the system to meet client needs, perform design tasks related to implementing new features and functionality, as well as implementing and testing system changes.


Instructor-led classroom or online training. Classroom training is hosted at The CRM Team training suite, Allandale Offices, Waterfall Drive.
