Joining us for the event as keynote speaker is Ian Rheeder (CX & EX Speaker), Chartered Marketer (SA), MSc (MOTI).
Ian Rheeder draws on the practical knowledge of 17-years of training marketing teams, was the founding member of the SA Marketing Association, founding member of CXSA, and was The Past President of the Professional Speakers Association. Before starting his own marketing consultancy in 2005, Ian was the marketing & sales director of the global zipper giant, YKK. Before that he gained his experience consulting to over 30 international brands.
As a Chartered Marketer he lectures monthly at the no.1 business school in Africa, The Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). With an average score of 97%, in 2020 he won the #1 GIBS’s lecturer award. And as owner of Markitects Consulting he has trained or consulted to almost every major blue-chip company in South Africa.
